Jeremy even distributed the remaining food into individual meals (that were quickly snapped up at the end of our event I might add). A very nice touch. He is a true professional who represented your company exceptionally well.

I want to thank you so much for the wonderful lunch you had for our office yesterday. Everything was so good and the young man who set it up was just as wonderful.
Everyone in our office also thought it was great and you know how hard it is to please everyone sometimes.

I want to tell you that I had worked for a catering company some time back for about 5 years. I was the cook and had a gal who did my set up. Yours was outstanding!!
In my years of going to and having a catering company do events yours was outstanding in the set up and the food. Many time the set up is off or it great and then the food is off or not so good. You are on the top of my list for the best in both fields.

Last Minute Event
Tess, I wanted to thank you and your staff so much for such a wonderful evening. Everything came together beautifully. I received nothing but positive feedback on the food and the bar (of course), they all really enjoyed it. A BIG thank you to you and your staff!! After all the crazyness of putting this event together it came together perfectly. I really appreciate your flexibility in accommodating our ever changing needs. It was great meeting you as well on Wednesday and I look forward to working with you in the future.
